Refund policy

At Hauze Of CJ, we have 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We offer store credit or product exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at houseof.cj@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address that will be provided.

If your return is accepted, house of sjc will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Hauze Of CJ  does not/ will not  pay for returns.

Buyers/ Clients will pay for their returns once return has been approved

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Faulty Items

Send an email to: hauzeof.cj@gmail.com with a clear photo of the fault(s). 

If the goods are faulty and we are not able to fix or replace the items, a refund will be given. If the item can be replaced or fixed, we will do so at our own cost. If a replacement is no longer required, a 100% store credit will be issued.

You must email us photos of the fault(s) prior to returning your order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like  custom products items bought on sale or bought using coupon codes, special orders or personalized items and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, items purchased during flash sales or items bought with discount codes or gift cards.

Please note: Items showing signs of wear such as but not limited to distinct odours, strong perfume, rips, tears, stains, or pet hair will not be accepted. They will be returned to the sender at their own expense.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you will receive store credit , or eligibility to exchange.
