Return policy

We will gladly accept a return for a store credit. Please note we have a 14 day return policy, which means once you receive your item you have 14 days to return the item back to us for store credit or size change. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please note Final Sale items are excluded from the return policy. Hauze of CJ doesn’t cover the return cost. Please ensure your return meets the below requirements:

• The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
• The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
• The item has hygiene stickers still in place (Bodysuits and Swimwear)
• The item does not have any odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or washing powder)
• Earrings and Underwear Accessories cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons)
• The item has the returns ribbon still secured (only applicable on selected styles)
• A receipt and proof of purchase is available.

Hauze Of CJ reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Hauze Of CJ
