• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping: $8.95 AUD (Free for orders over $100 AUD), delivery within 3-7 business days.

• Express Shipping: $15.95 AUD, delivery within 1-3 business days.

• Delivery Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

International Shipping

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

• Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

• Standard International Shipping: $25 AUD, delivery within 7-15 business days.

• Express International Shipping: $40 AUD, delivery within 3-7 business days.

• Customs and Import Taxes: Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.
